Xineng can provide advice according to coal, water quality, geology and services of boilers in which the customers may need. If necessary, we can send technicians to carry out on-site investigation to fully understand customer needs and provide the most reasonable suggestions.
On-site guidance
After installing our boilers, Xineng will send technicians to communicate with customers regarding boiler technical performance, structure characteristics and installation. We will send 1-2 site representative to help customers debug equipment to ensure that the equipment can operate normally.
Personnel training
Xineng will provide on-site training for the operators of customers in order to help them master the boiler. Training time, place and number of people are jointly decided by both sides.
After sale service
Xineng will cooperate with customers actively. We will provide technical information and data analysis for free and provide good service after sales. We promise to provide full-time and full-scale service for our customers. Once receiving a call or message from client, we will reply in the fastest time possible, or will proceed to the spot to deal with the malfunction as quickly as possible.
Overseas after-sale service center
We have service centers in Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia and other countries. So we can provide service to customers more quickly.
If quality problems appear because of design, manufacture and installation problems during the warranty period, we will repair it for free to ensure the equipment can work normally.
During warranty period
1. Repair necessary because of manufacturing problems is all undertaken by our company.
2. If our product has serious quality problems and can’t be repaired, we will provide replacement service.
3. If the product still has problems after exchanging it, we can provide a full refund.
Spare parts / vulnerable parts supply:
1. We will provide free relevant parts and vulnerable parts, and delivery them with the boiler.
2. After the warranty period, we can provide repairs at a reasonable cost.
