CNC cutting machines
GSII-4000 CNC cutting machines use plasma wet-type cutting heads with accurate feeding and high efficiency cutting. During operation, it is close to the bottom of the steel plate and it uses water to absorb the smoke and dust produced by the cutting process. Over 80% of the dust is removed from the air.
CNC rolling machine
It can cut various curved shapes, such as O shape, U shape, multi segment R shape and other different shaped segments.
Gantry movable CNC drilling machine
This machine is used for processing flanges, heat exchangers, pipes, and plate. The machining process is numerically controlled with high precision and convenient programming. The reinforced gantry design improves the rigidity of the machine, so it can perform large cutting operations.
America LINCOLN submerged arc welding machine
It can provide a 1000A output port to improve the arc characteristics for small standard submerged arc welding and MIG welding process. Because of its flat shape, the DC-1000 can be installed under a workbench and two machines can be stacked in order to save space. The internal parts can be easily reached through the detachable side-plate.
Membrane wall gas shielded machine
This piece of equipment is used for large station boilers. It can weld finished flat steel and rust removed pipes together. It can turn them into a membrane water wall tube panel. It uses a mixed gas shielded welding process with a 8/20 welding torch to weld up and down simultaneously.
